Beau Bespoke has successfully delivered over 500,000 sq. ft. of prime residential property, which itself equates to over £600m in construction value during the last 20 years.

Jerome Bradley

Co-Founder

Jerome brings several decades of experience in the planning and execution of ultra-prime private residential construction projects, from inception to occupancy, and beyond.

A former Projects Director of Size Group, Jerome managed the delivery of more than £200m of super-prime residential construction projects before co-founding Beau Bespoke.

Dean Berry

Director

Dean has over 20 years of experience in the commercial and project management of prime and ultra-prime residential projects.

Dean is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and has procured and delivered projects totalling over £150 million, in both contracting and private practice, prior to joining the Beau Bespoke board.

Andrew has a proven track record of successfully delivering a number of high-end residential refurbishment projects in both London and the Home Counties. With over 10 years experience of working on both the client and contractor sides of the industry, Andrew continually looks to streamline processes whilst working collaboratively with all parties to ensure the client’s needs are met.

Barry's Construction History

From the tools to the top

1987-1992

Barry started his construction career 'on the tools' as an apprentice carpenter, working with the Laing group.

1992 - 2009

In 1992, Barry joined Holloway White Allom (HWA) as a site manager, before being promoted to Project Manager in 1998 and becoming a director of the board in 2003.
